ABOUT
He has had four years of university teaching since he was invited to join the Faculty force of Far Eastern University where he taught English, Linguistics, Research Writing, Public Speaking and Speech Communication subjects, mentored undergraduate theses on Political Linguistics and Classroom Management researches, and served as Language Editor of bachelor’s and master’s theses. He has also taught EFL courses such as conversational English, and Reading and writing to foreign students. Apart from teaching, he has been student trainer in public speaking and speech writing, staff trainer in business and letter writing, and faculty trainer in English and Action Research. As per research, he has presented papers both in national and international conferences on topics such as Teaching Listening, Genre Analysis, Media Discourse, Syntax, In-group (gay) language, and Second Language Acquisition. Currently, his co-authored research on Children’s Narratives has been published in the Philippine ESL Journal.
