Thongsook College awarded Premier College Membership to ASIC, Accreditation Services for Intonation

Thongsook College has been delivering quality higher education for 22 years. Six years ago Thongsook College established the Faculty of International Programs, as a main component of the College, offering degree programs in English to both native and non-native individuals from all walks of life.

As a successful higher education Institution, Thongsook College continues to offers undergraduate programs, such as the Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (BA TESOL) and the Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (BBA), which are solely delivered in English and are under the management of the Faculty of International Programs.

Thongsook College was officially awarded Premier International Accreditation status by ASIC UK on Thursday 11th of January 2018.

At the official International Accreditation award ceremony, Dr. Maurice Dimmock, (Chairman of ASIC), mentioned that it was the friendly community spirit of Thongsook College that most impressed him.

"During my many visits to Thongsook College I spoke with management, staff and many students. What impressed me was the College's commitment to the students. It didn't just end in the classroom".

ASIC is an independent, government approved accreditation body specialising in the accreditation of schools, colleges, universities, training organisations and online and distance education providers, both in the UK and overseas. Their process examines an institution as a whole including the administration systems, teaching and delivery of the courses to ensure that the required standards are being met.

The well-defined and objective benchmarking of ASIC’s accreditation brings independent information to both students and education professionals.

Accreditation through ASIC will help students and parents make a more informed choice and will also help a school, college, university, training provider or distance education provider demonstrate to the international student body that they are a high quality institution.
